Public bus transfers from / to Nice Airport

Nice Airport Express operates regular transfers via the motorway between Nice Cote d’Azur Airport and Monaco (approximatively 45 minutes).

The service runs all year round

  • from 8.45 to 22 (Airport to Monaco)

  • from 6.30 to 19.30 Monaco to Airport


Departures approximately every 30 minutes.

The bus stops close to all congress hotel.


Ticket cost:

  • Single fare: €22 per person

  • Return fare: €33 per person.


Ticket can be purchased at Nice Airport, on board (from Monaco) or on the bus company website.

Prices for taxi transfers one way between Nice Airport and Monaco are approximately € 90 (day fare) or € 100 (night fare).

  • In case of drop offs at different hotels/terminal there will be an additional charge of €10

  • A 25% night supplement will be charged for services between 8pm and 7am (service operation hours)

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are free of charge when accepted up to 72 hours in advance.

Between 72 hours and 48h00 50% will be charged.

Cancellations 48h00 before the start of the booking time or on the spot will be charged at 100% on the original price.


Private Transfer by Helicopter

Choose originality with an experience like no other!


An helicopter takes off every 15 or 30 minutes depending on the season for a 7 minute flight between Nice and Monaco. A free shuttle bus is provided when arriving in the Principality, to get you to any place you like.

Travelling by car

From Italy

  • Via the motorway (A8/E74/E80) please take the exit n. 58 ‘Roquebrune-Monaco-La Turbie

  • Via the coastal road from Menton


From Nice, Cannes or Saint-Tropez

  • Via the motorway (A8/E74/E80) with two possible exits:

    • 56: ‘Monaco-Cap d’Ail-Beausoleil’

    • 57: ‘La Turbie-Roquebrune-Cap-Martin’


From Nice

  • Moyenne Corniche (D6007)

  • Grande Corniche (D2564)


Kindly note that there are 33 public car parks available in the Principality of Monaco.

Parking costs in Monaco are quite high both if you park at your hotel (€30–50 per day) or in a public car park (€20–30 per day).

Travelling by train

The railway station in Monaco is located just a few minutes away by foot from Casino Square, major hotels and the Grimaldi Forum.
A regional express train links Monaco to the major cities of the region every day (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Menton, Ventimiglia…).

Although most places in Monaco are in walking distance, it is very easy to get around the Principality using the city buses.


In a country of only 2 km2, the public transportation system includes five different routes with departures every 10 minutes from 7 am to 9 pm on weekdays. Weekend departures are every 15/20 minutes


A “night bus” makes a complete tour of the Principality with departures every 30 minutes from 21.00 up to 12.30 am on weekdays, 4 a.m. at weekends.


All hotels and principal attractions in Monaco have a bus stop nearby.

How to get a ticket?

A 72 hour ticket will be provided with your badge at the registration desk on your arrival. Do not forget to collect it at Grimaldi Forum starting from the afternoon of 29 October.

The validity of the ticket will start from when it is first used.


To enjoy Monaco before or after the congress you can:

  • Buy a ticket on the bus (€2 for a one-hour ride)

  • At the distributors at the main bus stops
